Ethics And Leadership

Drs. Carl and Ellen Harshman have devoted countless hours over the last decade to research, presentations, and publications on the topic of ethics and leadership. This page contains some of the major works.

There are myriad ethical challenges facing modern leadership of today's organizations.

Often, we try to legislate and train the fundmental ethical behavior that we want.

That's probably not the answer.

During the past decade we have written and published journal articles of:

The first two are not "academic" papers. They are based on real-world experiences of the authors. The third is a conceptual model that raises serious issues about how we deal with ethical issues and behavior.
